Wayne is responsible for the operational processes that involve customer interactions for all TSG businesses in Australasia, including Debitsuccess in New Zealand and Australia and PaySmart in Australia. This includes overseeing contact center operations and processes, as well as managing the data capture process.

Wayne has been with Debitsuccess since 2004 starting as a BDM in Queensland before becoming National Account Manager for the Australian team, and moving to New Zealand in 2005. Previously he spent 15 years in the health and fitness industry in the United Kingdom and Australia, and is educated in sports science at the University of Queensland.

Wayne is married with a blended family including six children, has a passion for rugby, especially the Qld Reds, and enjoys cooking and trying wine. He claims he is not an expert at either but a willing participant.
